With 29 years of history, Tironi Ultrasonics has become a technological reference in the design, development and manufacture of components for ultrasonic welding and cutting. Its growth has led it to be present in many countries with advanced solutions for different industry sectors, including automotive, electronics, packaging, white goods, medical-sanitary, textile, poultry and food. The most common applications are riveting, welding, die cutting, textile cutting and food cutting.
Located in the town of Sant Pere de Riudebitlles (Barcelona), they have facilities with 1,000 m2 dedicated entirely to the development and manufacture of all ultrasonic components that make up its extensive range.Committed to the changes that our society and production systems need, they have recently joined the Positive Industry movement, which promotes the values necessary to face a better future.
Among its wide range of products, it highlights its new E series of digital generators equipped with the most advanced technology with multiple improvements and features: Digital control by 3 latest generation Multi-Core processors, 7″ color touch screen, multiple connectivity, communication with PLC through expansion port, upgradeable firmware and configurable multi-language screens. A very remarkable aspect is the generator’s ability to actively and individually track different resonance frequencies that may have up to a maximum of 16 heads for switching cases. Programmable acceleration and deceleration ramps have also been added, thus increasing the control over the resonant elements.
Aspects related to consumption have been taken into account, for example in the management of the internal fans or being able to enter energy saving mode when the equipment is not being used. Every detail has been taken into account in its development, thus achieving a versatile and reliable product with a very intuitive and user-friendly operation.
