SIDE Blow Moulding Machine 2002eG XL offers the most versatile and highest output per hour for containers up to 25 litres.

A large number of water bottlers have been searching for a solution that would allow them to unify their One Way production needs in a single machine for the packaging of their products.

That is why SIDE has developed a new version of the famous 2-cavity blow moulder model 2002eG, taking it up to 25 lt One Way Stackable containers.

This new version, with 2 cavities, allows the production of containers up to 6.5 litres with a speed of 2600 bph and containers up to 12 litres with a production of 1600 bph, making it the fastest on the market for these formats.

In addition, it allows the production of 4 and 5 gallon containers with a 55 mm neck at outputs of up to 1200 bph.

On the other hand, it is also worth mentioning that the 2002eG-XL model can incorporate the low consumption options with the air recovery system, low pressure mould, reaching up to 20-22 bar blowing and also incorporating the new oven with low consumption lamps, reducing the oven’s electrical consumption by up to 25%.
